Our IML Technology

Before injection molding, the pre-printed IML label is placed in the mold. Once the plastic is injected, the materials fuse into one final product with an integrated label. For best results, the label and plastic must be made of the same material. Our IML labels are available in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 400 microns, tailored to your specific product requirements.
